The VUE Crew: a dedicated team of individuals who’ve tapped into their unique talents and passions to serve our church and community. We have several opportunities, from creating a welcoming first impression for guests on Sunday morning, to guiding the next generation through the student ministries team, from enhancing our worship experience with the band, to reaching out to our city through local initiatives—and that’s just a few.
Each member plays a vital role in advancing the Kingdom of God. Join us in making a difference! There is no US without YOU!

We believe that God has created each of us to do good works (Eph. 2:10) and empowered each of us to play an important role in the story He’s telling in the world today. At Sanctuary Church, we are committed to helping each person discover their passion and spiritual gifts in order to help them find out where they make a difference in their church and in their world.

Worship & Arts
Through vocals, instruments and audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
Production Team
This Team uses creativity and technology to reach people by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting and other visual elements.
Compassion & Outreach
This team is involved in countless ministries across the Longwood area with a focus on being the hands and feet of Jesus to bring God’s love to our communities and world.
First Impressions
This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal tough so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Events
Community events, conferences, and church-wide events are creatively planned with energetically hosted by this team who prioritize valuing people and serving with excellence.
Prayer Team
This team of intercessors cover the services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord.
Groups
This team hosts small groups offering a place for people to find meaningful community. Small group leaders host groups based on topics or activities they are passionate about.
Growth Track Team
As the official hosts of our Growth Track, this team greets guests and provides materials and assistance throughout the four steps of the Growth Track.
Administrative
This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve the church in various ways. They work diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church.
Student Ministry
This team builds the next generation, one dynamic worship experience, relevant small group, impactful retreat and life-changing mission trip at a time!
Kids/Nursery Ministry
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.
